Our Lawrence Emley Zellige tile is handmade in Morocco by generational artisans. Traditional, centuries-old glazing and firing techniques create a one-of-a-kind installation. Irregular edges, pits, cracks, crazing, thickness, spots, and pooling are normal and to be expected. These organic imperfections give Zellige tiles their distinctive style.
We strongly encourage requesting a sample of the current lot before ordering. Glaze colors can vary widely, depending on the color.

Care & Maintenance:
Zellige tile should be sealed with an impregnating sealer.
Clean Zellige using gentle cleaners or soap and water. Avoid abrasives, bleach, and other harsh cleaners.
