They gave us free field, accent tile and grout to help make up for our contractors mistake. In addition, they gave us advice over the phone and even gave us a few name of other tiling professionals. “These ppl have the best customer service they went out of their way to make sure i had an item in time for my contractor to do the work…they went so far as to drop it off by my house to make sure i had it in time…and this is not even a big-ticket item, it was just a bucket of grout. amazing customer service that they went so out of their way to stand by their word of saying i would have it in time! unbelievable!”
